Dan Davern: Prior to implementing our software we operated a fragmented system comprised of multiple off the shelf systems and manual labour intensive tasks for managing our training administration.

Our new system has brought our processes into one single software streamlining our processes and reducing the manual tasks associated with training administration. Our system allows our staff to work efficiently while implementing our environmental impact by moving to a paperless administration process.

We have experienced significant improvements, for example version 1 of our system gave us a net gain of 18 hours per week while reducing our administration workload, repetitive tasks, and reoccurring tasks by introducing automatic workflows to meet our processes

How has the customised software solution positively impacted your ability to provide better customer service or increase sales?

Our system has allowed us to offer instant registration to learners on our programmes, allows them to manage their data and supports required demonstrating our adherence to our quality assurance requirements and supports for learners.

In what ways has the customised software solution improved communication and collaboration within your team?

The software provides live real time data to our team from faculty members to administration and management alike allowing for a global real time view of our business processes, compliance and systems of work.
